This utility was developed to perform quick Carrier Control of Multiple Enertec Baseband Units.

Clicking the Auto Switch button for a Site would drop ALL Carriers and then Enable the Carrier from that Site only.

This allowed us to make a quick Site change for Geographic Diversity due to weather impacting our Uplink
